The deadline for hotel reservations is May 1, 2010, and rooms are limited. Please make your hotel reservations ASAP.

To make your hotel reservation, please fill up the hotel RESERVATION FORM and as an attachment sent to the hotel. When emailing the hotels to make your reservations, please indicate the conference participant group code, “AHLiST-UCM” in order to receive the preferred rate. Also please cc your hotel reservation email to manuel@wonderfultours.es

The rates of HUSA Moncloa and HUSA Princesa include prices per room, per night, breakfast and taxes.

However, the rates of TRYP Ambassador and TRYP Washington include prices per room, per night, and breakfast, but not taxes.
