Everyone attending the Conference, including participants, exhibitors, accompanying family members, and residents, must register for the Conference.
The AHLiST encourages online pre-registration for your convenience. Presenters and attendees may also register by mail using the printed Registration Form, but in the case of sending by mail one should add a €20.00 handling fee.

Online registration for the 2010 Interdisciplinary Conference of AHLiST will be available in December 2009.
Registration fees are not refundable after the close of pre-registration (March 1, 2010). Registering after the close of pre-registration, attendees will pay €250 in total (which includes €200 of registration/membership fees plus a €50 late fee), and students will pay €180 (€130 of registration/membership fees plus a €50 late fee).
All participants must be members of the Association by conference time. The Association fee for the presenters is:

By March 1, 2010, the pre-registration fees for The 2010 Interdisciplinary Conference of AHLiST is:
€150.00 - regular (anyone who is not a student)
€80.00 - student
***LATE FEE: All attendees registering after the close of pre-registration (March 1, 2010), including all on-site registrants, pay a €50.00 late fee in addition to the registration and membership fees.
The 2010 Interdisciplinary Conference of AHLiST can accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal accounts.
All charges are due at the time of registration. Receipts are issued at the Conference.
All who attend sessions, give papers or preside over sessions, or take part in panels, visit the exhibits, or otherwise attend the Congress and participate in its activities must register. The Conference Committee reserves the right to deny future participation in the Conference to those who do not register properly.

Pre-registered participants will find their packet of conference materials, including a receipt, a badge, a program, etc., available for pickup at Conference Registration Table upon arrival.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing, accompanied with receipt attached, and postmarked no later than March 1, 2010. If you paid by credit card, please supply the credit card number and expiration date in your letter to expedite your refund. Mail requests for refunds to:
